Getting Started
I'm new to yoga. Can I join your classes?
Absolutely! We welcome practitioners of all levels, from complete beginners to advanced yogis. Our Props Yoga and Therapeutic Yoga classes are especially designed for newcomers. During your free consultation, we'll assess your needs and recommend the most suitable program for you.
What should I bring to my first class?
Just bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothing that allows free movement, a towel, and a water bottle. We provide all additional props like blocks, straps, bolsters, and blankets. If you don't have a mat, we can provide one for your first few sessions.

Health & Medical Concerns
Are your sessions suitable for people with medical issues?
Yes, our Medical and Therapeutic Yoga programs are specially designed for people with various health concerns. We work with conditions like diabetes, arthritis, hypertension, asthma, PCOS, thyroid disorders, and chronic pain. However, we always recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program.
Can yoga help with my chronic back pain?
Therapeutic yoga has shown excellent results for chronic back pain management. Our approach focuses on gentle strengthening, flexibility improvement, and proper alignment using props. We create personalized sequences based on your specific pain patterns and limitations.
Do you work with pregnant women?
We offer prenatal yoga sessions designed specifically for expectant mothers. These classes focus on gentle movements, breathing techniques, and preparation for childbirth. We require medical clearance from your doctor before joining prenatal classes.
Is yoga safe for seniors?
Absolutely! Our Props Yoga and gentle Therapeutic Yoga classes are perfect for seniors. We use chairs, blocks, and other props to make poses accessible and safe. Many of our senior students have experienced improved balance, flexibility, and overall well-being.
